BL Initial Assessment – Our Lawn Specialist will meet with you to determine your concerns and goals in order to develop your lawn’s customized treatment plan.
Pre-Emergent Herbicide Treatments – Suppresses the germination of crab grass, goose grass, and more than 40 other grassy and broadleaf weeds for up-to 120 days post application. Addresses annual weeds/grasses throughout the season to prevent them from surfacing in your lawn.
Summer Fertilization – A custom blend of slow-release fertilizer with low nitrogen, high potash, and iron to stimulate and maintain growth. Equips your lawn to better withstand heat and drought associated with summer weather conditions.
Soil Test – Samples of soil are collected and lab-tested to determine what is needed to bring your lawn to a neutral pH level to ensure lawn is able to properly absorb nutrients and maintain health.
Preventative Grub Control Treatment –
Controls above and below ground insects (grubs), fleas and ticks from feeding on lawn and killing large areas of turf.
Fall Fertilization – Delivers a balanced slow-release fertilizer with higher nitrogen and lower phosphorus, plus iron to stimulate/maintain growth. Thickens lawn and improve its color.
Overseeding – Supports a thicker lawn, fills in bare spots, improves density of turf, establishes improved grass varieties and enhances overall color. Improves the lawn's health by effectively holding soil and water in place, allowing it to retain more moisture and nutrients.
Winter Feeding Treatment – Assists lawn in storing food for winter survival. Includes a custom blend of slow release fertilizer with high nitrogen for winter feeding that builds a strong rooting system to encourage thick and rapid growth in the spring.
Core Aeration – Improves the depth and extent of your grass’ rooting system. Ensures roots can access the air, water, and nutrients needed to keep your lawn thick and healthy.
Topdressing – Improves your soil, leaving it nutrient-rich. Transforms your lawn into an organic, low-maintenance, healthy and fresh bed of turf. Reduces the need for chemical fertilizers, build up soil flora and improve soil structure.
Broadleaf Herbicide Treatments – Spot treats various weeds (clovers, dandelions etc.) as they show-up in your yard, cracks in driveway and sidewalks to reduce and prevent more weeds from spreading. Applied throughout season, as needed.
